Voted Best of Central Kitsap 2026, Tipsy Blackbird is a 21+ vintage-inspired wine bar, charcuterie and small bites restaurant located in historic downtown Bremerton one block from the ferry terminal. Our space features velvet couches, eclectic seating, and a cozy mezzanine overlooking the parlor below.
Women-owned and community-driven, Tipsy Blackbird is a favorite spot for date night, creative events, and memorable evenings with great wine and food. We host live music, social gatherings, book clubs, artist showcases, and offer our space for private parties and event rentals.
